Made-to-order items

All items at R. Meyer Designs are printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including items ordered in excess or no longer needed. This applies to both individual and bulk orders.

Please review the product details, quantities, colors, and any personalization carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from what you ordered, please email rmeyerdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful when available.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide any necessary instructions.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
